Description: Abhishek Thakur was considered average at academics by his teachers and his future seemed doubtful.But with the continuing motivation from his vocational trainers, he developed his interest in the Automobile sector.He achieved a good score in 10th boards in the subject, which further motivated him attend workshops to learn more about automobile and gain practical knowledge. In his pursuit to learn the trait he felt elevated, learned a lot and gradually was able to rectify the faults that occurred in vehicles. Learning quickly further increased his interest for the subjectand he decided to work in Automotive Industry to achieve his life goals .His knowing opportunity soon arrive when his Vocational Trainers informed him about a placement camp for Maruti Suzuki India Limited was organized By IISD (Indian Institute Of Skill Development) at their Parwanoo Campus. Through the knowledge and communication skills he developed in his Automobile classes, he was able to crack the written test and interview. To his delight he was placed in Maruti Suzuki India Limited. It’s been 18 months he joined Maruti Suzuki India Limited, pursuing ITI (NCVT) earning stipend of 12000 INR.
